the pier was very solid. four À la carte restaurants were free. the hotel layout of facilities was perfect.

check in took ALONG time. some hotel workers are rude if they do not get tips. i had trouble with the towel staff three times.

the rooms were clean daily and i especially liked the perfect housekeeping. the kids' club provided great entertainment for my child. the aqua park kept us all busy, and the shops offered reasonable prices for anything we needed.

the main buffet restaurant got busy during peak hours, but we found alternative restaurants to be a great option.

the gamila restaurant near the beach stood out for its delicious food and calmer atmosphere. velocity and latitude bars served AMAZING!!! cocktails. four à la carte restaurants are available, and we liked the egyptian and mongolian ones, a lot.

the room was spacious. the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean. the safe was free. having coffee on the terrace in the mornings was a real treat, and the bed was comfy and solid.

The food was fantastic, with quite a variety every day. There were different cuisines to choose from. The staff was always smiling and kind. They did their best to help us in any way possible.

The room had a stain on the bathroom ceiling. This highlighted the lack of attention to detail. The room guy did not restock the mini bar. He also did not ensure an adequate supply of tea and coffee.

The staff always wore big smiles and provided very helpful service. Mahmoud, our cleaner, was especially polite and ensured our room was super clean. The lifeguards, Mohamed and Mahmoud, decorated our sunbeds daily and always looked after us. Mohamed at the sports bar crafted AMAZING drinks and offered fantastic service. Moataz, the poolside barman, kept us well-hydrated and always took great care of us.

The temperature in the rooms was variable, which I found slightly inconvenient.

The food selection was diverse, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. I found both local Egyptian and international options available. The buffet was well-organized and constantly replenished with fresh items. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel featured multiple pools, including a waterpark and an infinity pool . The beach was clean and offered easy access for swimming. Snorkeling equipment was available. I recommend water shoes since edges are rocky.

The hotel offered a great location for exploring nearby attractions. It was a short drive to various local spots. I found Il Mercato easily accessible for coffee shops and stores. Farsha was also within walking distance for evening visits.

The room was a beautiful room sea view. Daily cleaning maintained it well. I enjoyed meals at the Italian restaurant with fresh and tasty food. The Egyptian restaurant staff were very friendly and cute to guests.

There were a lot of steps. This could be problematic with mobility issues.
